MiniMax H3 provides an AI-powered video generation service. You may use our service only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse our service or help anyone else to do so.

Users are strictly prohibited from using our services to create, upload, request, generate, distribute, or promote any content that includes or involves:

1. NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, erotic, nude, or sexually suggestive content;
2. Deepfake content, including synthetic media that impersonates, misrepresents, or depicts a real, identifiable person without proper authorization;
3. Face swap content or any attempt to replace, alter, or manipulate a person’s face in a misleading or unauthorized manner;
4. Voice cloning, voice imitation, or any attempt to replicate, impersonate, or misuse another person’s voice without authorization;
5. Unauthorized impersonation of any real person, celebrity, public figure, private individual, brand, company, or organization;
6. Content that infringes or may infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity right, privacy right, or other intellectual property or personal rights;
7. Harassing, abusive, hateful, violent, exploitative, illegal, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content.

We reserve the right to block, reject, remove, or disable any content or request that violates these rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to generate prohibited content or misuse our AI generation features.

Our service allows you to upload, submit, store, and share content. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. You are responsible for any content you upload and must have the necessary rights to share that content.

Videos generated using paid credits may be used in advertising, e-commerce, social marketing, brand films and client work, subject to our Terms of Service and applicable model or asset licenses. You must have permission for the inputs and any protected material or identifiable people in the output. Payment does not guarantee exclusive rights, copyright protection or clearance of third-party rights.

1. This permission concerns your generated video outputs, not ownership of the underlying model, website, example media or third-party materials.
2. Use only inputs you are authorized to upload and process. Obtain any permissions needed for copyrighted material, trademarks, likenesses, voices and other protected elements before distributing an output.
3. Check any model, LoRA or asset license that applies to your workflow, including restrictions on your intended use. A paid credit purchase does not override those conditions.
4. Review outputs before publication. Generated content may resemble other material; we do not promise exclusivity, copyright protection or clearance of third-party rights.
5. If the permission for your output or intended use is unclear, contact support with the model, workflow and intended use before publishing commercially.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall MiniMax H3, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MiniMax H3 regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
